Bromo and Gyno

I have had a lump under my right nip and a smaller one under my left nip for almost a year now. Nothing really too noticeable but I know it is there and if I hit it, it hurts.

Anyway, a while back I used Bromo (2 tabs/day) for a couple weeks and during the time, both lumps shrank to almost nothing. After I stopped the Bromo though they slowly came back.

My question is, if I use Bromo again but for a longer period of time will the affect be permanent or is it just while you use it?

Anyone have any experience?

I myself have always wondered if bromo was a temporary fix or a permanent solution.
