Oh yea and also I have received and noticed different times during the day to take it. Is at night ok? or should it be a few hours before workout? I am taking next shot tmr so would like to get it done right before I go again.
I've been taking ine tab(50mg) a day and kept gaining weight so I started taking 2 tabs a day and so far no changes. I eat a low carb/ high protein diet. Any idea what the hell is going on?
But is it normal that I would be gaining weight on it? I know it's suppose to be a fat cutter but I haven't lost any weight or body fat since I've been taking it for the last several weeks.
