Bridge with sarms

Just Finished a 12-week testosterone only cycle
I want to transition to a sarms bridging to keep my gains
I’m currently 6 ft tall and about 185 lb.
Was thinking of doing a 4 week post cycle therapy and then doing 8 weeks of a sarm stack with lgd4033 + gw cardarine.
Should i do 20mgs a day ?

If you just finished a test cycle you should wait about 4 weeks to start PCT. PCT is about 4 weeks and you may want to give your body some time to recover before you start Sarms.

LGD is an amazing compound, very effective but it will shut you down again before you have fully recovered from the test cycle.
