Does anyone know where to find all or most of the competitions across the country for all types of competitors??

Im lookin to do my first one this summer and i want to find one soon so i know when to stop bulking and start my diet..

do a search on the internet for NPC (national phsyique committee) and you should be able to find where a lot of shows are.

does anyone know about weight classes? I read on nabba that they use height. does anyone use weight classes? if so does anyone here know what they are on the LOW end? I wont post my weight just yet but its pretty low
