BODY FAT MEASUREMENT in ML's! HELP

Hi all, I got my monthly BF measured but it is always in ml's! does any one know how to convert it to BF %???

Did 4 weeks on test and exploded ended up at a very fat 102ml's

then did 4 weeks naturall and hard core diet now @ 56ml's and feel great!

does any one know what or how to turn these into a BF % ???

Some info

How many sites did they take>? Tell you what, Have them do a nine site test here are the points I need

Pec
Bi
Tri
Ab
superiliac (between your hip & your ribcage)
Subscapular (Between your Spine and your Shoulder blade)
Kidney
Quad
Calf

I only have the calc for males.


x=chest+abs+quads in mm's
a=age in years
BD=body density

BD=
1.10938 - (0.0008267*x) + (0.0000016*(x squared)) - (0.0002574*a)

Fat % = (495/BD) - 450

This calculation gives as close to Lange calipers as you can get.
