[FONT=&quot]Just had my blood work done. To my surprise my test level was at 19,200 ng/dl , and free test >53 . Normal range 241-827 normal and 6.8 and 21.5 respectivley. Does anyone know what the optimal mid cycle number would be?[/FONT]

that would depend on the amount of test your running but im assuming that 19,000 is some sort of typo... the amounts of test you would have to be running to get to that level is insane

Well it is possible. Dallas mccarver had 53,000 test levels when he died.

If you are running 2 to 3 grams of test a week it makes sense to be at 19000
