Blood test results affected a week into Test E cycle?

Hi guys, I started shooting Test E E3D (is this unwise? should I have just gone with E4D?) I totally forgot to get my bloods checked. I started wednesday 7th of feb, which is jsut under a week ago. I have an appointment with my GP on thursday (15th) just over a week.

Would the test I've already injected have a significant impact on my results? Or has not enough time passed for the test to release into my system?

Also using AIFM should I not use this for a few days prior in case it affects T/E ratios?

if you are having a hormone profile, which is not part of "normal" blood work, yes it will impact it. otherwise, not really in such a short time.
