Blood Pressure Wrist Monitor

I just purchased one at CVS - 50 beans and you can run your own home experiments!!

I just took my reading - averaged 130/80. I'm on 300mg Test E / 500mg Primo / cyclotren.

I'm actually happy with this number considering what I'm on and the fact I took in a lot of sodium today.

I just took 50mg of viagra for experimentation purposes only - to see how low it drops in about 20 minutes. I'll probably beat off 3 times after taking a few readings and before going to bed.

I'm gonna test it in the AM, pre and post workout, before bed all the while considering how much salt I take in and how much bloat I have from the test or diet. This is gonna be fun.

I think this should be something all us juicers consider before going on cycle. At least you'll be aware of what's going on in that ticker.

Please post your findings!!!

I read in your other posts you are attending med school. You seem pretty educated about this subject - glad to have you around!

I think we should all do more to protect our health. Liver sups, heart sups, multi's. AAS eating a shit ton of food working out. It can all do a number on the body. Lets start protecting it with all we can.

You're going to have to take a lot of numbers over a long period of time in the same situation every day to get anything worthwhile. Additionally, it's a lot easier to fool one of those type of monitors than it is to fool one from someone taking it manually.

I bought a Omron a few months ago, works great. It's a fun toy at work, bust it out on the fatties.

Haha, my bad Swole. Thanks for the welcome, I just wanted this to be saved in my subscribed threads. So does blood pressure go up in time since you said there was a normal reading after a high sodium intake for the day?
