Bloated Face

Just finished my omna/deca cycle and things went pretty good. I would have liked to gain a little more, but the last couple weeks, I deffiantly slacked a little bit. Anyways, I'm now back on track and trying to keep the calories up and lift like a hero. I was just wondering when the bloat in the face is going to go down???

drink lots of water and made use an eca, the caffine in it has a diuretic effect
