BLASTING BACK, TOO MUCH or TOO LITTLE!!!

I have a routine that I would like you guys to critique re/ my current back workout. Is this too much or should I reduce down to only 3 excersizes?

Pullups- 3 sets 1st w/ bodywieght 10-12 reps
2nd bodywieght+25lb 6-8 reps

Rows(barbl)-3 sets 1st 215 8 reps
2nd 225 6-8 reps
3rd 225 6-8 reps
Reverse pull downs- 3 sets 1st 165 8-10 reps
2nd 165 8-10 reps
3rd 145 8-10 reps
Close grip pull downs-3 sets 1st 145 8-10 rps
2nd 145 8-10 rps
3rd 130 8-10 rps
Shrugs(triangle bar)-3 sets 1st 315 8-10 reps
2nd 315 8-10 reps
3rd 315 8-10 reps
Usually I will do 2-3 sets of dumbell rows after barbell with the 100's for 8-10 reps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
