I'm going to test it, but here's what I noticed.
I ususally take 3-4 grams spread tru day of panthotenic acid for the oily greasy skin from juice.
i also take 2-4 grams of biotin since I use lots of 100% egg white powder (depletes biotin).
I noticed last week i got MUCH greasier even tho still taking the panthotenic acid. last week, coincidently(?) was when i ran out of biotin. got more biotin yesterday, today normal (non)greasiness.
coincidence?
