You guys go crazy on the doses. Here in Australia, I get clen which is powder, concentration of 0.016mg to 10 grams of powder. So 10 grams is only 16mcg. The first two weeks I ramped up the dosage slowly (5g,6g,7g,8g,9g then 10g of powder for the remaining days) and I got the shakes etc, and still lost 5kg. But I did do alot of cardio and ate very clean.
I'm doing my 2nd two weeks now and started on 10 grams (16mcg) and will go up to a max of 20 grams slowly (32mcg). I can't imagine how bad the sides are at 120mcg.
