Best way to measure body fat

I have tried the scale with Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), and i have tried the electonic clip i get two different reading from each
on the scale its 11% on the clip 6.5%

yup, once you use this method once; you can predict your bf% by just looking in the mirror based on the hydrostatic method, for later estimates.

I have a method of measuring bf% it has to do with vasularity; certains veins only become visible to me when i become really lean, ie. delts, calves.

Yup, the H20 works great. I thought I was doing well when I was calipering myself untill reality hit me hard in the face when I did the H20 tank unit. Talk about being depressed afterwards!

Only problem is finding a tank to use...Try a local University and ask to be a guinea pig.
