Best way around injury ?

[FONT=&quot]hey fellas aint been on for a while cos I been promoted to manager at the bakery Im workin. but I've made time to train. Ive been doin a lot more extra hours and been tryin to eat more but Im not quite cuttin it yet.[/FONT]

Im pretty sure im not gonna start my next cycle till I feel tip top but have I to quit training my legs till it sorts itself out or carry on doin what I can. I dont want to lose the gains I have but dont want to injure myself any more! Im big on listening to my body! any thoughts[/FONT]
 
the only thought any sensible person would have is exactly what you said and that was to listen to your body... hamstrings are definitely not something to fuck around with and require rest to heal...
 
What kind of lay off period are we talking about here?
Keep in mind that you are not gonna lose your muscles in a couple of weeks if you make sure your diet is on point.
