Best time to take Aromasin ?

When would be the right time to be taking aromasin on cycle I just wanted to confirm.

Dyllan gemelly advised me to take it before sleep for any sides if any,,, all the way from start circle and to the end of pct,,, 12,5 mg eod it was perfect for ,, ME!!!

it has a 24 hour half life so it will be in your system for a few days so make sure you take it EOD or every 3 days

Honestly it makes no difference at all.

It doesn't matter at all. The only thing that matters is remembering to take it.

It also does not matter if you take it with food or on an empty stomach

it doesnt matter whatsoever... i like to take anything like that pre bed just in case it gives you sides but generally it makes no difference nor does it make with or without food...
