when i ran masteron a few years back my massage lady said she had never felt anyone in her life with as hard muscles

at night it felt like i was sleeping on rocks lol.

the problem though is you will be harder on masteron and when you come off then you lose that anyway. so my view is if you want to be hard year round you gotta drop that body fat and lift consistent
