Primo would be the only one, perhaps you should look at sarms or NATURAL sarm replacements: CARDAZOL; OSTAZOL; NUTROZOL, plus you should start with N2Guard, best organ/liver support product on the market(i take it the last 9 years daily)

I would get blood work first to see what the actual damage is right now. You may need more time for healing before using anything. If you are good to go, maybe try SARMs first. If you go with AAS, stay away from orals (except proviron), and stick to more mild injectables like lower test and deca.
