25 pounds on 1 cycle is not possible in 99.999% of situations. those transformations you are seeing are guys who put on a bunch of water and fat. anyone can do that
sarms are for people who want to put on good clean muscle tissue. go to the supermarket and look at 1 pound of steak. that is A LOT more than you think
