9 minute mile is pathetic so you should be embarassed. the good news is if you keep at it you will soon laugh at how slow you were. I can run a sub 6 minute mile even in my 40's. cardarine is a big help

I would do 20mg GW per day and 20mg SR per day. Dose the Cardarine at anytime and the SR a couple hours before your run.
