Are there any tips i can get for lowering blood pressure I am on a test only cycle and I am taking an AI.

you should not be using steroids if you have high blood pressure IF you care about your heart health.

now if your bp was fine and you hopped on steroids and it went sky high there are things you can do

1. check your AI dosage.. it might not be enough
2. run n2guard. it works!
3. check your diet, eat more fruits and veggies and less dairy and meat
4. lower your test dose!

A healthy diet, exercise and managing stress are the best ways to lower blood pressure.

That being said - you should NOT be using steroids if you suffer from high blood pressure
