beginners cycle?

Hi.


first i will say, tnx for a great board with good info.

my question is as follows: I am 16 yo.
i have been workingout for 6 months
with good progress. i weight 83 kg i am 172 cm height.
anyone know a good beginners cycle for me that i can take oraly?

sorry my bad english.. its cold her up north you know :p
 
way to young, i started a 17 but i had a trainer that knew what to do with a teenage body, you arnt even done with puberty yet bro.....train and diet and you will be amazed how a teenage body will grow...however if you chose not to take anyones advice, which will most likely be the case, just take dbol, nothing else
 
Sorry if it isn't what you want to hear. People are only telling you from experience and from the mistakes they have made. At your age you will grow like a weed if you eat a TON and lift even more. Good luck bro.

I know this isn't what you want to hear mate, but seriously you have been training for 6 months so i doubt you even know how to train properly yet.

As for diet at 16 I doubt you know much about that as well.

I grew that fast from 17 to 19 I got stretch marks I went from about 12 st to 15st 7 lb in about 2 years trained hard but my diet was shit looking back.

Learn the basics first mate you will be glad in the future.
