Was doing seated rows today with 270lbs and my nose started bleeding. I wasn't holding my breath and didn't think I was struggling.

Yea and I'm double dosing it cause of the tren, beast and var. I forgot to take it yesterday but I don't think that would make a difference.

Lol no shit. It hasn't happened again so I don't know what the hell was goin on. I stop beast on the 14th and pick up var next month.
