yes eca is like them two. its a thermogenic that assist in creating heat and upping your natty metabolism by 3%. and it is used for fat-loss, and or a CNS stimulation before a workout if one needs an extra "push" so to speak.
bcaa are primily used to sustain lean mass while on a caloric deficeit or during cardio. however i should add that i took them for a short time and felt it did nothing for me. im taking about the bcaa's here.
