Dude, I feel ya. I've had similar issues plus I'm just kind of an asshole in general. I gotta coupla questions:
1. Do you drink caffeine?
2. Do you work out in the evening?
3. Are you getting frequent sex/rubouts?
1. If you drink caffeine, cut it out entirely or at least dramatically reduce your intake and your irritability will stabilize.
2. If you workout in the morning I promise you'll be a lot more calm throughout the day. People swear they can't but I promise you once you start hitting it early, you'll become a convert. A personal trainer got me doing AM workouts a coupla years ago and now I'm hooked.
3. You need to be getting daily sex if not more. Make sure you hit it, or rub one out in the morning before work. Your test levels are highest in the morning so it's nice to have that part of your aggression out of the equation.
If time or privacy is your problem, try floggin' it in the shower or get some really potent porn. You gotta clear the pipes early or else risk jumpin on one of those 90 y/o ladies. You could be going to jail for a different reason than you originally thought (LOL).
