back pumps from winstrol

Luck Brown

New member
bros I have done test only in the past and never had any issues with back pumps, my 3 previous cycles were test p, so this time
I'm running Test-E 500 mg a week with Winstrol 50 mg/ED, after week 3 back pumps showed up very agressive, I don't know if it's the test
E, the winni dose or the winni itself, if I discontinue my winni would that be ok and go on only with test? thanks.

Back pump is not a good are you check your blood presser and LDL or use Ai with test?

orals can cause pumps brother, thats a common side effect with orals although not quite as common with winstrol in particular, more so with dbol and anavar, it still occurs... taurine and potassium can help... make sure you are using dga organ st along with it for full protection... https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/store/N2-GUARD-p75.html

taurines ability to increase blood flow helps with the pumps... organ st has taurine amongst many other components needed for full protection

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.
