B12 Injections IM or SC? heeelppppp
I just got my b12 from AG GUYS and did a shot IM in my thigh. I use 23g 1" which isnt very funny they are like cannons lol but good for sucking oil. On the bottle is says you can shoot SC (subcutaneous). My question is whats a good size pin to get, like an insulin pin? And where do you inject SC? Can i hit my delt or thigh or does it have to be the stomach. Also what is a good dose I was going to do 1cc (1000mcg) per week just for some extra energy and added protein synthesis. I am off cycle 7 weeks now just looking for an extra boost in the gym while my balls fall back to size =) Also where is a good place to get pinz
