Your husband is going through a very very serious drug withdrawel, oxy withdrawel is similar to heroin addiction if not worse. Do not let him out of your site.
First off your doc should have made him taper off that medication because it is so powerful that you can get hooked like that.
You have 2 choices here and i am serious when i say this.
1)Go see a psych today and tell hm what he is going through and he will prescribe the proper meds to deal with the withdrawel. Xanax, Librium, Clonopin and Benzo will do, and something for at night to sleep, Neurontin. It will take a couple days for him to get back to normal maybe a week. Do it asap and start tapering his dosage of the oxys until you see a doc.
2) Go to an Inpatient detox, i really dont think it is necexxasry due to the shortness of his problem.
Take my advice withdrawel is nothing to take lightly, get him help...
