Arimidex precontest-suggestions?

New to the board, I did a quick search but couldn't find much useful info.

Suggestions on how to use arimidex precontest?

4 weeks out now, using other items such as growth, insulin, T3, teste, anadrol and trenbelone.

Usually use a little nolvadex in last 10 days but wanted to try the arimidex to see if it would make me a little harder.

Suggestions?

well You should be coming off the test in another week....I would use it{arimidex} @1mg per day all the way up to contest
