Not taking steroids helps with oily skin.

adex helps disable estrogen. changes in estrogen indeed can effect skin healthy, but more on the line of acne not oil

indirectly it helps acne because elevating estrogen can cause hormonal changes which can bring on acne but as a direct treatment, no... and its not going to help with oily skin

With this little information it's hard to tell. From these two options the cause of your problem is definitely DHT.

DHT is responsible for triggering the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum. The more your body produces DHT, the more sebum is produced and the end result is oily skin.

And to fix the issue we have to decrease the amount of DHT in our body and there are several ways to do it which I'm sure you can find plenty of information by doing some google searching.
