Arimidex dose timing.....

What is the consensus among my fellow hrt users as to when the best time of the week is to take your Arimidex, dose in relation to two weekly test shots? Same time? 6 hours later? I am interested in experiences and what is widely accepted as the best timing to make Arimidex as effective as possible.

Thursday morning 0.5 mg
Sunday evening 0.5 mg.
No problems at all. Have done as much as 650 mg p/w aas
with this split.
When on low dosage HRT, 0.25 both days.

When is this in relation to your injections?

If on HRT:
- topical compound every day
- 1 iu HGH every other day

If on cycle:
- Not on same day as adex or HGH
- Tues or Wed, Fri or Sat

When I do not split up these drugs, I get listless and sleepy... sometimes a rush of impatience or lightheadedness. Doesn't last long, but interfers with workouts, driving or critical thinking. With a split, no problems except for some sweats.

This is working nicely with my Sust, HGH, adex and low sugar diet cycle/stack. No blood pressure problem.
