arimidex dose for this cycle

hey bros I'm got all my gear on hand and I have arimidex also and I would like to know for the following cycle what dose and from when take arimidex.
Week 1 to 10 test p 100mg eod
Week 5 to 10 winstrol depot 0.5 mg a day
by the way my arimidex comes in capsule form 1mg each and I don't know what to do if I have to split it up, thank you.

Everybody has a different aromatise rate brother , no use even asking anyone else .. For me i probably wouldn't use an AI at that and if I saw sides or my bloods had elevated estro I would start with .5 Adex eod ...Adex builds up

also utilizing blood work.

as you gain experience you will know how much you need. it depends on what you use and your own body
