Depends on the individual and cycle but I would start with 0.25mg EOD

some need 0.5ed some dont need it..some need 0.25ed etc

depents on cycle (your body and how u prone to elevated estrogen)... for me on 750mg test(but pharma grade) i need 0.5ed... so i use letro insted

Thanks rock00. I'm up to 1 mg/day and am considering adding Nolvadex.

Totally depends on the amount of aromatizing steroids are in the cycle man.
A standard 500mg/week test cycle and I start at .25mg EOD.
