I have known Steve for a long time and it is rare to find someone who is as helpful as he is. Always gives great advice and holds people accountable.
 
Im 38 5'11" 220 lbs bf%?, bout to start soon on Cypionate by XT Labs Testoplex300 from napsgear.

Plan is to do 420mg a week (.7ml Mon/Thu - IM - 25g 1.5" pin [18g to draw]). Using a hot towel on my ventroGlute (previous success with Tren/Test in that area).

This is what I got to work with.
 
The diet plan is simple. I will be feeding heavy on training days(T,T,S) and fasting on rest days 20+ hrs of just water and 1 healthy meal 1-2hr before bed, if possible keeping it 0 carbs but I see some kind of small dessert so I can sleep better. Consecutive rest days(Sun/Mon) will be 20+ hrs fasting w/ one meal. Cardio is covered walking/jog to the job & back (6mi) and at work I'm up & down stairs a whole lot!! This style of IF is Metabolic BlowTorch Diet. I've never counted calories or macros.
