What are some of your appetite suppressing tricks/substances.

For me caffeine pills and or ephedrine (if on it). I find caffeine pills do the trick anytime.

I agree with you here your better off eating 7 small meals in addition to your a fat burner, eating alot of small low fat meals is the best way to keep your appetite in control.
