So you would need to consume 150mgs of winny daily to get some benefit from the primo?

yes basically take 1 pill a day will give me 175mg a week of winny and primo but primo they say you can only absorb 20% from pill so it will be useless for me

1 pill a day of winny will be of some benefit although 25mgs daily is weak. As for the primo at that dose its pointless.
