Anyone stay on T3 for a long time?

I have extensive experience with T3 (Cytomel) in short periods only. Usually lasting no longer than 3-6 weeks with a max. dosage of 75mcg. Now, my question is there anyone that has stayed on for 10-12 weeks with NO adverse side-effects???? Meaning no rapid weight gain when off and no permanent thyroid downregulation. I ask becasue I want to extend my T3 a little longer this year becuse I have been lazier than usual with my dieting and the T3 helps in a major way of course. any help on this one?

8 weeks here..no problems..but at 50mcg

1 year at high dosages.took 3-4 months for thyroid to come back too normal.

thats all the proof you need to NOT stay on it nearly as long. your lucky it even came back to normal.
