Anyone prescribed this for puffy nips...?

Hey bros the doctor took a look at my nips, mainly the right one, and said that he felt no lumps or cysts but thought it was do to the fibers in the oduct(sp?) that was causing inflamation etc... and many get it; with effects of itching soreness and puffiness. He said it is very common in women who are pregnant and many men get it and think it is a raise in estro levels. he gave me, generic name, Cephalexin; antibiotic . Has anyone else been prescribed this and did it help? Thanks
