Anybody here suggest deep tissue massage for scar tissue build up??

Got a little problem goin on in the glute from frequent injections. Haven't hit that area in 18 months., but i still got hard knotts that hurt when I'm sitting. Thought i heard somebody say something about deep tissue massage therapy helping break up scar tissue.

Plus it's a good excuse to hit the parlor for an Asian Rub and Tug!

well, i just had a visit with my plastic surgeon the other day regarding my gyno removal and lipo. He told me to deep massage the knots beneath my nips as hard as i could to move the healing process along and break up the scar tissue. so , if you really do have scar tissue, then yes, it's a good idea, just make sure it's not build up of oil tho..then i would just heat it and massage it softly.

Those oriental chicks can really give a good massage. When I was overseas I would hit the juicy-juicy girls up after my long run days (I was running marathons). $10 and they would massage everything.
