Anybody here just use Trib & DHEA? Anybody using this stack on a normal basis as a regular sup?

I used to. I still use trib now (for some reason it helps me sleep). I'm not sure how useful regular DHEA is on the grand scheme though.

I use DHEA but then I am over 40 years old. I don't know how useful DHEA is for younger humans with normal DHEA levels. 7-Keto DHEA is something I am looking into as well.

I have never used Trib. For free test level increases I use Avina Sativa and Maca.

I use bulgarian tribulis around1 gram per day to free up bound test. This is when i'm off cycle.

word up on that. Tri does shit for me but avena, and possibly Maca, do work.
