Anybody ever heard of potato pancake??

A friend of mine made me a couple pancakes this morning after eating she told me that it potato pancakes. You boil 3 potatoes until soft, mix with 6 eggs, do not oil or grease the pan but keep on a low flame, makes about 3 pancakes.
Tasted really good. Just a little something for potato lovers.

You can also put onoions inside and all kind of spices to make them really good PLUS you should try and eat them with sour cream and apple sauce. Then you will have taste the best flavor ever!!!!
