Exemestane (Aromasin) is a steroidalanti-estrogen aromatase inhibitor used by bodybuilders to combatestrogen related side effects like gynecomastia - male breastdevelopment. Such side effects are a common problem with anabolicsteroid use and need to be prevented for obvious reasons. Exemestane isan anti-estrogen aromatase inhibitor very similar in structure andaction to drugs like Formestane, although it issignificantly more potent in comparison.
