so i was driving back from the gym after a grueling bis/tris workout when that song came on the radio... gilmore/waters sure know what they're doin when it comes to music.
anyhow, bodybuilding and the bricks in the wall:
so you just had a super intense workout...
downed your 50g whey protein and on the way home to demolish a healthy protien meal. you just laid a brick in the wall.
the next day, you put your hard work in and another brick has been laid.
the wall is made of thousands of bricks..
and you realize you cant build it in one week.. one month.. of even one year.
its gonna take some serious time and dedication.
you cheat and eat a bad meal... you just destroyed a brick..
you miss a workout.. you just destroyed another brick.
get drunk one night... a few bricks destroyed..
get the picture??
and on and on it goes..
NOW SHUT UP AND GO LAY SOME BRICKS!!!
