PLJiffy, at 19 you should still be able to make a good amount of gains easily. It's a diet and calorie game. If you up your cals to 4000+ a day and take in around 300+ grams of protein you should be able to put on some quality size with all the essentials....glutamine, flax seed oil, etc...so hold off for a couple more years and by that time you may have plateaud naturally.....then you should take that extra boost!
