Which of these are better for the bodybuilding lifestyle? If you’re running a gram of test and 400mgs of deca what do you think would be the better of the two to run and when do you think it would be time to use them in a cycle? Sorry if this question seems dumb. Never had sides or gyno but I don’t want estrogen to go high. Any input would be greatly appreciated and thank you

nothing because you shouldnt be running a gram of test! its not the question you are asking thats dumb, its your decision making, lack of care and pure laziness in terms of researching what you are doing and knowing your doses etc..

if you're doing a gram of test and deca

i would use 1mg arimidex ED and 10mgs nolvadex ed to make sure you sides

and you are doing a big cycle you need to share your log with us so we can help guide you too

A gram of test to me is overkill for pretty much everyone. Plus the sides wouldn’t be worth it to me.
