LGD is definitely the most powerful SARM you can get in terms of muscle growth. However, lately with the prominence of RAD140, I would say that they might even be equal in certain points. I like them both really, but for now LGD is still the most powerful.

I fucking love LGD. I am running it now while I rehab from an injury at 5mg a day just to prevent muscle wasting and help keep off fat with reduced weight training.

LGD is an awesome SARM. I would say it's one of the best SARMS for strength gains.

The nice thing about SARMS is how versatile they are. You could run LGD by itself or stack it with cardarine if you want an extra increase in endurance, fat loss and recovery.

LGD + cardarine would be an awesome lean mass stack.
