Today I am going for a hypertrophy routine in the major lift: squats, bench and DL.. Maybe a few iso lifts as well... That is because I have had 4 rest days and 1 lifting day in the last 5 days.. Gotta murder my legs, chest and body..

I am a slow gainer regardless, so my moderate (10-12lb gains thusfar are good enough for me) but strength has BOOMED up!! No joke.. Squat has increased 100lbs so far and I dont expect that to stop..
Also forgot to metion the combo of Acnetame and PanOxyl bar soap has saved my skin ..
I swear the acnes and oil would of consumed me...
