Amount of adex?

[FONT=&quot]So after recommendations I'm going to be running my test at 500mg a week(test only cycle for now and maybe add anarvar later). What is your take on how much arimidex I should take? I understand blood work determines this but if I can't get that done what's a safe bet? Much appreciated bros.[/FONT]
