Alright Bros, i REALLY NEED HELP advice with clen/t3/eca/cutting cycle, all new to me

Please if you have experience on this i need your help desperatly. I am currently on 3rd week of a 12 week mass cycle( 750mg sust, a50 for 3 weeks dbolo for 3 weeks), now when it's done i will be going to my FIRST cutting cycle. I have done plenty bulking cycles in the past and never a cutting cycle. So you can imagine my bf% is and will be a little outta control. So....i need to know how long of a cycle for cutting (8-12 weeks i'm guessing), including what dosages of t3/clen/eca. I do know that t3 will decrease muscle mass along with fat, so therefore gear is needed to maintain muscle gained form mass cycle. I'd like to loose at least 4 inches of gut and about 15-20 lbs of fat.


Items i can get: winny depot, dbol, any kind of test, deca, EQ, fina, t3, clen, e/c/a.

anavar and primo will be hard to get so if possible can you leave these out. DNP and halo will be impossible to get.

Could you please help design a kick ass cutting cycle for me. I have helped many on this board in the past and now i am calling on you for some help.

Here are my current stats: 5'8/212lbs, waist is 38-39(ouch!) I am one of those guys who is hard everywhere except the gut, hence the desperation of fat loss.

I am looking for cardio help, diet help and whatever else you ripped guru's can think of.

Start with this:
Purchase some winny, t3, possibly some tren, a good ECA, and clen for the post cycle. I do not know much about the cycle itself and how to distribute the dosages because it is different for everyone. I am sure someone off of the board will be able to help.

Diet:
Research the Body Opus or Anabolic Diet off of:

It involves ketosis, which may sound skeptical to you at first but it really does work. High Fat and mediocre protein is a great diet. But NO carbs. AND YOU HAVE TO EAT CLEAN AND SAFE!!!
Items like meat, PB, cheese, Flax Oil, creams, tuna, mayo, salmon, etc are things you will be eating.

Start with your bulking cycle and adopt a new way to eat through healthy foods and personal cooking. This way when you are dieting you will not have to change too much. Try not to eat fast food and unhealthy snacks. Make yourself go to the grocery store and purchase food for the week. Then make everything and store it in the refrigerator. It may sound too time consuming, but hey this is what it takes to have a muscular bod. The clen and t3 will help, but only if your diet is in check. If that is done then the winny and tren will also help to maintain the muscle that you have worked so hard for.
It takes time so you have to be willing to put forth the effort.
While dieting do at least 6-8 sessions of cardio, preferably in the morning before breakfast and also at night before dinner. Train in a two days weightlifting and one day cardio type routine. But do not overexert yourself, you may feel tired so listen to your body and rest if you have to. After your weightlifing consume a post workout drink that will incorporate enough carbs to help replenish the glycogen stores.

I am coming to an end of an effective cycle of Clen/T3/ECA. I also cycled it with Fina to prevent muscle loss. I'm also 5'8 but at 170, I want to get to 190 at under 10% b.f.
 
Hey Bro! For a diet make sure you keep your protein high(about 2 grams per pound of body weight) carbs moderate-low and fats moderate(I like to use EFA's). Do cardio at least 4-5 times a week for 30-50min a day. As for a cycle you could try this

Take E/C/A 5 days on and 2 days off through out the cycle(I used it like that and had great results) What about this stack ?
