I just got my S4 and OSTA order today in Australia (Fuck Yeah!), I am going to be using gel caps as the ingestion method to avoid the reportably terrible taste. Do you think it would be OK to put both the S4 and OSTA in the same cap, or should I use seperate caps. Also, what type/size plunger do you use for dosing?
Can't wait to get on this shit!

I use the syringe it comes with.
You could put in the same cap. Just you would have to injest fast or the caps may dissolve over time.
