Aldactone for water retention

did anyone here ever took aldactone for water retention cause by roids? I have done a few cycles but my retains lost of water ,something I hate, somebody recommended me to take this drug and I wonder if it's effective, thank you.

If you're getting water retention look into your diet or manage your estrogen. Taking diuretics for water retention from steroids is just down right stupid and dangerous.

Using diuretics long term is NOT smart. It will put a lot of strain on your kidneys and mess up your electrolyte levels.

An AI will keep estrogen levels in the normal range and prevent high estrogen side effects like water retention.
